On my DJ130 I usually go on for 5-6 A1 sheets after the last quarter segment
starts flashing, and then change the cartridge before it absolutely runs dry.
I was told I could get air into the feed tubes if I ran it dry.
I would be all for getting more out of my cartridges though, and may try this
in future.
I have 2 last quarter segments flashing at the moment for LM and LC. Does the
front panel tell you when it has completely run dry? Or do you rely on the
subtle hint - printer stops mid-print?
