I am sorry, the log that I have included in the email has a reference to the Deskjet 970. (This was an experience with other drivers). But with the driver HP OfficeJet 5600 Foomatic/hpijs (recommended) it happens the same as you can see in the log below. I think that the problem is due to how the driver makes the parse of the gs command. As you can see the driver tries to execute "-dBATCH". Once more thank you.
