Hello, I've just joined the list. Thanks to everyone for a great piece of
software.
Some time ago I wrote a small program to listen to a Fax/Modem for caller ID
data, and display the name and number on the PC's in my house. The only
modem I have is an ISA one, and so I keep an old P133 around to do the job.
I was wondering if I could somehow get this data from my HP PSC 2210's fax
line. Does anyone know if I can retrieve the caller ID info, and possibly
ring events from hplip? Or does hplip deal strictly with sending bitmaps to
a printer spool?
