Hello, a colleague of me (in CC) informed me about this bug:
The PPD "HP PhotoSmart C6100 Foomatic/hpijs (recommended)" has typos regarding the paper formats "4x6 inch index card" and "5x7 inch index card". Therefore those options are not recognized as valid options by the cupsd so that the user cannot select these page sizes. In particular "lpoptions -p <queue-name> -l" does not show these page sizes. Unfortunately cupstestppd does not (yet) detect such errors.
