Subject: [Hplip-help] HP PSC 1300 problem
Date: Mon, 03 Apr 2006 09:30:35 -0700
Hi Max,
Is this printer on the network or is it only shared out by your
Windows machine? If it's on the network, I would suggest just creating a
direct connection via network to the PSC 1300.
Cory
I'm not sure I understood what you mean.... If you mean to install a print
server it's not what I supposed to use because of the low cost and maybe
reliability of this printer, I have another printer that works fine with its
print server.
My post was only to let the developers know this is a diffused issue that
could be solved with the next versions of software, or maybe they already
have a workaround but it doesn't seem to be the case.
Thanks to the developers for their effort and to you for your advice.
Max
