Tim,
Okay it looks like something is happening in CUPS. Lets make sure the
printer queue is clear and restart the fax queue. Turn cups error
logging on (edit the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and change "loglevel info" to
"loglevel debug" then restart cups (/etc/init.d/cupsys restart). run
"tail -f /var/log/cups/error_log" then try and do another fax and send
the cups error log. It will be another long one. :)
