Can you delete the printer from CUPS using http://localhost:631 ?
Then you should be able to run hp-setup -a to re-setup the printer.. In
the log below I'm not seeing the ghostscript command, that's why I
thought that the loglevel may need to go to debug. Although perhaps the
printer isn't using the hp backend.
