Hi Aaron,

I changed the usb cable with a one that was used on
another box. Still i have the same issue. Really
puzzled. What could be the problem. When i do a
usbview it puts out an error. Which is 

"Can not open the file /proc/bus/usb/devices
Verify that you have USB compiled in to your kernel,
Have the usb modules loaded, and have the usbdevfs
filesystem mounted."

That is HP DC7600 PC which i'm using a usb mouse also.
But the system says there is a problem with usb when
the printer is connected only. I use it with a
portable usb harddisks also.
