Raghu Thanks for the e-mail. I realize that the color ink is low - I seldom use color. On the printer the lights for color and black are on. Furthermore I can scan a doument manually and it prints a copy properly. I have tried the printer on a Windows box and it prints in black properly. Is there anything else I should do. Hank
