Can you ping the printer? If no then there is some network problem that needs to be resolved.
If yes can you run snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 <IP.OF.PRINTER.HERE> 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.1.1.7.0 and post the output?
