I'm not sure YaST has to do anything with HPLIP
Well, yes and no. The automatic installer will try to make use of Yast if
there are missing dependencies.
If all else fails, it is recommended to go back and do a fully manual
install using these instructions:
http://hplip.sourceforge.net/install/manual/distros/novell.html
The installer is still rather experimental and there are some cases when it
still does not work properly.
The F380 is supported on Linux.

install the experimental package Johannes provides. In the latter case,
he has detailed information poted to this list quite often.
If you want to download and install what the HPLIP project offers you
download either the tar file or the .run file and follow the
instructions. YaST is not really involved here :-)
