Hi, I have a HP PSC 1610 All-in-one
My printer and copier work, but I cannot get the scanner to work, the message
on the printer screen says, you need to install or run devices software for
features.
I brought my P.C from best buy, a guy came out to install the computer but
never tested the scanner,
Could you please give me some advice
