Dear Sir/Madam:
I have a Pentium 111 and I bought a HP Photosmart D 7300 Series. I am having
problems getting my Printer connected. Could you kindly inform me what is the
compatible printer for my Pentium 111. The instructions in the Printer Booklet
installation procedure is not clear. I have used the CD to install the printer
and followed the instruction meticulously clear. There is one statement that
is not clear. It states do not connect your USB cable until prompted to do so.
This Prompt does not appear on the screen. Is it feasible to assume that the
CD is defective?
Thanks for your urgent response as I have a considerable amount of printing to
be done.
