I tried using the Add/Remove Programs in Gnome to add Hplip and got this error:
E: hplip: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1 I have also not been able to install from source or by using the installer. I am using Ubuntu 7.04, gnome, compiz-fusion. My machine is running normally and I can't find any missing package dependencies.
