Hello !! This is Surya Priy(victor_ludorum) . I want to work with STELLAR-GROUP this GSOC . So, I have made project proposal on "Add More Arithmetic Performance Counter " . I know it's bit early as the project proposal dates are 12-Feb . As all of my work depend upon my project proposal therefore I have thought to make it as early as possible so that I need much guidance on that which will help me to improve it as much as possible .
