We need an SAP FI/ Solutions Architect with A&D experience to help client adopt best practices and standard SAP processes, wherever possible. You will need to systematically evaluate all the processes that have been implemented in the FI module (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Management) and make recommendations for improving and streamlining the current design that has been implemented. This will include prototyping any changes to the design and writing detailed blueprint documents for any changes. Job requirements include: 1.Review and evaluate all the current processes used in the FI module 2.Make recommendations for improvements 3.Prototype any recommended changes and write the detailed blueprint documents and configuration documents 4.Perform the Technical Lead responsibilities for the Gap Analysis for the 2 affiliate companies for the FI module. In conjunction with the Business Analysts and other team members, develop flowcharts of the current processes and the proposed processes in SAP 5.Develop prototypes of the processes in SAP and write the blueprint documents and configuration documents for the FI processes 6.Lead functional workshops on the proposed processes in SAP 7.Identify and help design and document any reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, or workflows required 8.Work with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues 9.Perform other FI related tasks that are required to ensure that the project is completed successfully and on schedule Required Skills: • Served as a platinum level SAP FI Solution Architect on at least 2 other Aerospace and Defense SAP manufacturing implementations, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management. • Must have extensive knowledge of SAP FI configuration and its integration with other modules • Must have extensive experience with the financial aspects of project based manufacturing, and the processes of make to stock, make to order, and engineer to order • Must fully understand Government accounting requirements etc. If you are interested in this role, please reply with your resume and desired rate and one of our Resource Managers will contact you to discuss the position.
