*Job Description:*



*Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative): *



·         Ensure design, build and implementation of work product.

·         Participate in estimation, staffing analysis, and work schedule,
discussion with customer to gather requirements and analyze scope.

·         Provide inputs in quality and risk planning. Perform and
participate in HLD and LLD and architecture sessions.

·         Guide the team in coding, review code and deliver optimized code.
Perform UT and prepare Test Plans.

·         Work in GO-LIVE. Production Support and Maintenance tasks.
Participate and prepare KT sessions. Mentor the team.

·         Documentation and Knowledge Management. Handle Customer as a part
of Onsite Coordinating activities. Build Customer confidence.



*Detailed description and years of experience, training, technical skills,
and other requirements for job performance:*



·         Highly skilled IBM ESB/SOA developer with around 5+ years of
experience in design and development of SOA based integration
services.

·         Have extensive hands on experience with IBM Integration Designer
and Process
server.


·         Defining the integration and dataflow architectures, and
designing the APIs that can be a point of stability to develop against in
the short term and will endure as the platform technologies around them
changes

·         Defining the systems integration needed to deliver the
forthcoming reengineering and platform change, including defining the
interfaces needed, the integration technology needed, and the transition
steps needed to ensure continuity of the systems, data and business during
the re-platforming

·         Leading the selection of specialist integration technology
required, and being the prime technical contact person for any vendors or
support partners.

·         Collaborating with the support-teams to around production
incidents involving integration to directly or indirectly ensure their
timely resolution and recovery and preventative measures are taken to avoid
recurrence.

·         Developing a strong team, skills and culture around integration
that crosses the development, support, infrastructure and data teams

·         Hands on experience using Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD,
XSLT, XPATH in BPEL

·         Knowledge and exposure to BPM, IBM WMB and IBM MQ will be added
advantage.

·         Participate in estimation, staffing analysis, and work schedule,
