This is a *6 months Contract* extendible Position based in *Santa Monica, CA* Role: Oracle Apps DBA Location Santa Monica, CA Duration: 6 Months Contract Experience : 15+ Approx. Start date : immediate Qualification : BE *Job Description: * · Good experience in all aspects of Oracle DB 11gR2; · ASM; · RAC; · RMAN; · Highly experienced with all aspects of Applications (11i and R12). As 12.2 is fairly new, s/he should have knowledge of the new features; · Experience with DB on Exadata; · Experience with FMW/WebLogic (configuration, installs, tuning, etc.); · (FMW/WebLogic on) Exalogic experience; · Standard requirements for DB and Apps, like be able to configure (SSO, Load Balance, etc), install, patch, tuning, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, cloning, etc.; · Be able to come up with alternate solutions, documentation, DR strategy, etc.; · Should have worked in a multi-tiered environment.
