Updated Development Plan for HSQLDB

Since the release of version 1.7.2 we have fixed all significant reported
issues and released updated revisions. The next revision 8 will be released
shortly.

Version 1.7.3 will be released soon after. This version will be identical to
the latest 1.7.2 but with the addition of SQL standard handling of BOOLEAN
to account for the UNDEFINED state in addition to TRUE and FALSE.

Once version 1.7.3 is out, we will move to version 1.8.0. A considerable
amount of development has already been done on this version. We will start
by committing this code and carry on implementing the new features.

Version 1.8.0 will support full integration with OpenOffice.org. SQL support
for adding/removing primary keys and extended support for user session
management are among anticipated features.

In a separate post today, I will introduce other important developments.
These include HyperXtremeSQL, a new database engine related to HSQLDB, and
professional support services for HSQLDB.
