Despite my earlier comments, I think it may be worthwhile to roll some of
these fixes into a 3.1.6 release. (This one in particular is a pretty
decent sized bug.) I'd also throw in the additional changes:
make modification_time_is_now default to true
(since this *should* be the default...)
make htdig -l the default behavior
(so people killing the htdig process can restart)
I'll start in on putting some of this together this weekend.
