The translate_* attributes should also now default to true. These will
require updating attrs.html as well. All the other new attributes that
the various patches add should also be documented there. One thing I'd
really like to see, but it may be too much bother, would be to backport
the whole cf_generate.pl thingy and put the attrs docs in defaults.cc.
There are also some HTML.cc changes that would be nice to backport, but
I guess we need to draw the line somewhere.
What sort of time frame are we looking at? It looks like things could
get a little hairy at work in the next couple weeks, and I'm already
behind this week because of the time I spent on ht://Dig. So, while
I'd like to see this happen, I can't promise much other than bits and
pieces of time in the short term.
