htdig will only change URLs to lower case if you set the case_sensitive
attribute to false. By default, upper case letters in URLs are left
untouched.
The problem is that in your http://www.realitydiluted.com/projects/index.html
file, you have an improperly terminated comment:
<!-- Main stuff starts here.>
This causes htdig to swallow up everything after this as part of the
comment, because it can't find the proper "-->" comment terminator.
Remember that the "<" and ">" characters are allowed within comments,
so that you can "comment out" certain HTML tags, so proper comment
delimiters are absolutely essential.
