It's somewhat risky to copy a binary directly across systems--for
one, you have to make sure that the ISP has the same OS that you're
using as well as the same libraries. This is also true about the
databases--it is not easy to transfer them between platforms.

However, if you're running the same platform as your ISP, you
probably stand a decent chance of this working.
