No, I can't promise that.  Some users are satisfied with it, but it is
beta quality software and there are known bugs, most seriously in the
query parser.  If you want worry-free, for now you're still safer with
3.1.5 + the accents.5 patch.

That depends on what you have in it.  There are many new attributes in 3.2,
and some of 3.1's attributes are gone in 3.2, but the sample htdig.conf
files in both versions contain only a small subset of available attributes,
and apart from some different comments, the sample files are the same.
