First off, please read the FAQ: <http://www.htdig.org/FAQ.html#q1.16>
As far as problems when running doc2html.pl, I would make sure that you
have a converter for the type of file you're trying to parse and that you
can run the doc2html.pl script from the command-line on a sample file.
Others, I'm sure could come up with additional suggestions.
