Can you give us something more specific. When you say they are not
receiving any matches, do you mean they get an error message of some sort,
they get the "No matches found for" page, or they get the results page
but with nothing on it? What do you mean by "The search seems to run fine"
even though it's not getting any matches?
Did you try running from the command line as Michael Stembridge suggested,
and if so, were the results any different?
What version are you running, and on which OS?
If the weekly updates via cron are just updates, and don't rebuild from
scratch, have you tried rebuilding from scratch to rule out a database
corruption problem?
