You're trying to compile a *beta* of ht://Dig on Solaris. First off, 
you can always consider using the current production release, 3.1.5.

This is a program to put together libraries. In Solaris, Sun has 
decided to put this in /usr/ccs/bin or /usr/ucb/bin or something like 
that (sorry, it's been some years since I've used Solaris). Suffice 
to say, it's not normally in your PATH environment, and you'll have 
to add it in.
