Hi Geoff

I have now compiled htdig with your patch on Mac OS X Client (10.0.4) and
now it looks like it works.
I have to do some deeper testing, but things that were'nt possible when
using the Stepwise patch is now working. 
EG. Rundig actually produces a handfull of databases, and the htsearch CGI
returns a list of documents relevant to the submitted query!
