Sorry, I misspoke. The 3.2.0b3 version of the code has

#define HAVE_BROKEN_REGEX 1

in htconfig.h

The 3.1.5 version of the doesn't show any listing for HAVE_BROKEN_REGEX 
in htconfig.h.
