I would have hoped that the "above" in that sentence would have prompted
you to look above and read the rest of the answer to question 5.27.
All the other rejections are quite clearly itemized there, and the FAQ
clearly says htdig will report the reasons for rejection if you give it
the -vvv option. There is nothing "random" about htdig's reasons for
rejecting documents. You just have to be willing to wade through some
verbose output to find out what these reasons are.
