I wouldn't know. My guess would be that the rundig script is setting
the environment (and perhaps the config files) properly. You also
should make sure that your PATH is set to call the right binaries.
Perhaps if you posted the portion of your rundig script and some
further information about your environment, we could help. Otherwise
there's not much we can tell you.
