I take it that this is a specific URL in the database? At the moment,
htpurge does not accept URL patterns. You might also try the -u flag and
see if that works. (Though they should be identical.)
Also, you don't mention what version of ht://Dig you're using. Remember
that versions before 3.2.0b3 don't delete single URLs via htpurge. (You
might also want to update to a recent snapshot of 3.2.0b4.)
