The dynamic pages could be the problem if page creation does not result in well-formed HTML. Such a problem could also cause the the "deleted, no excerpt" messages that you are seeing. This message results from a page which is seen as having no indexable content. You might want to run some of the problematic dynamic pages through a validator.
