You have not changed the form I tested (in search.html) but the form you
have changed is yet another with quite different problems. It contains
gobbledegook form items like:

       <input type="hidden" name="Cmp001BD36400config" value="">

All your 'name's have had odd strings prefixed to them and in this case
the config file isn't being named.

The form on your nomatch page works, make the others do what that does!
