That's a pretty vague question, but I'll give it a shot.  If you want to
index PHP pages, that shouldn't be a problem.  By default, htdig indexes
files through the HTTP server, so it should get standard HTML from the
web server after the server parses the PHP files.

If you want to run htsearch from a PHP wrapper on your server, that's
a bit more complicated.  That matter is addressed in the "Search This"
guide, which is part of the collection of guides under "Contributed Works"
on the www.htdig.org web site.
