Which version of htdig are you running? Did you change the settings of noindex_start and noindex_end at all or are you using the defaults? Did you reindex from scratch after adding the <!--htdig_noindex--> and <!--/htdig_noindex--> tags? Another thing you can try is using the <noindex> and </noindex> tags. In any case, it might not hurt to be using the latest 3.1.6 snapshot from http://www.htdig.org/files/snapshots/ as older versions had some problems with turning indexing on and off. Also, very old versions (3.0.8b2 and 3.1.0 betas) didn't support noindex_start and noindex_end. -- Gilles R.
