All of them work with lynx all the time. They only work with htdig
when htdig.conf has "local_urls_only: false".

Here's "htdig -ivvv" with htdig.conf as "local_urls_only: true".

        1:0:http://cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net/
New server: cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net, 80
Trying local files
  tried local file
/var/www/html/,/usr/include/,/usr/X11R6/,/usr/lib/,/usr/share/,/usr/src/robots.txt
 pushed
pick: cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net, # servers = 1
0:0:0:http://cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net/: Trying local files
  tried local file
/var/www/html/,/usr/include/,/usr/X11R6/,/usr/lib/,/usr/share/,/usr/src/index.html
 not found
pick: cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net, # servers = 1

In a different message I sent the results to you of "htdig -ivvv" with
htdig.conf as "local_urls_only: false". It's too large for the list.

The following is the last two lines in htdig.conf:

local_urls:
http://cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net/=/var/www/html/,/usr/include/,/usr/X11R6/,/usr/lib/,/usr/share/,/usr/src/
local_user_urls:
http://cdm01.deedsmiscentral.net/=/home/,/public_html/
