The htdig-3.2.0-1.b4.0.71.src.rpm was based on the Oct 24, 2001 snapshot
of 3.2.0b4.  The 71 stands for version 7.1 of Red Hat Linux.

I've heard that Bernhard Rosenkraenzer at Red Hat is pretty notorious
for adopting immature beta releases rather than stable releases of various
software products.
