Yes, I have access, but I have to do this via another machine as
this one doesn't have SSH. But I compiled it with his CONFIG file
which is pretty different from the standard config file.

There is a 3.1.2 tarball for HP-UX. I will fetch the CONFIG
file from that one and create a 3.1.6 tar ball for UX 10.20
