[htdig] url rewriting

Hello,   I am trying to rewrite the domain name of urls during the dig.  All of the web pages have the domain http://new.mysite.org  . I need them in the htdig database as http://www.mysite.org .  I want to rewrite the domain name on the dig so that my url restricts work.   I have looked at FAQ 4.17 and at  url_rewrite_rules, but no luck.  (Perhaps it is my lack of regular expression skills?)  Could someone give me an example on how to do this?   thanks chad
