That's not an error message. That's just the HTTP command that htdig issues to the server. The actual error message would come after that, when htdig shows the server's response. Are you getting a 404 error code, or some other code? Can you reproduce this when trying to fetch the same URL from a browser running on the same machine as htdig? -- Gilles R.
