[htdig] Custom template select lists

I have spent some time trying to get this to work but have failed

build_select_lists: SECTION restrict section 1 2 2 restrict "" \

section: "http://www.eldritchdark.com/wri/"; "Wrirings" \
"http://www.eldritchdark.com/art/"; "Art" \
"http://www.eldritchdark.com/bio/"; "Biographies" \
"http://www.eldritchdark.com/misc/"; "Miscellaneous" \
"http://www.eldritchdark.com/trib/"; "Tributes" \
"" "All"

with
Section: $(SECTION) in the template

its those 3 numbers i don't understand i have read the instructions multiple times but i'm still stumped
