I've constructed some small test cases with two files, and it seems that the keywords tag does have the desired effect, but in this larger collection it doesn't seem to. Am I missing something? Any ideas for things to try? I've run out of ideas myself ...
Hmmmmm .. Can you please let us have a look at your *_factor parameters? I don't know, but I'm interested overall in the 'backlink_factor', if you have changed it from the default value. I got no other clues for now.
