Hi all ;-) Im setting up a intranet with htdig, and everything runs smoothly and painless as expected ;-) I used htdig twice before for big and small sites, and it always strikes me how well written htdig is. A big "Thank you" to all of ya'!
In the current installation there is a tricky thing which I can not get around: there is a special part of the site that has blanks in the directory names. The blanks are a "must", so please don't comment on this ;-( I post a part von rundig's output here to show you the problem: pick: 192.168.168.229, # servers = 1 7:7:2:http://192.168.168.229/qmh/Normkapitel4-Qualittsmanagementsystem/4.1AllgemeineAnforderun gen/4.1AllgemeineAnforderungen.pdf: Retrieval command for http://192.168.168.229/qmh/Normkapite l4-Qualittsmanagementsystem/4.1AllgemeineAnforderungen/4.1AllgemeineAnforderungen.pdf: GET /qm h/Normkapitel4-Qualittsmanagementsystem/4.1AllgemeineAnforderungen/4.1AllgemeineAnforderungen. pdf HTTP/1.0 User-Agent: htdig/3.1.5 ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Referer: http://192.168.168.229/qmh/index0.html Host: 192.168.168.229 Header line: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Header line: Date: Wed, 11 Jun 2003 09:18:27 GMT Header line: Server: Apache/1.3.23 (Unix) PHP/4.1.0 Header line: Connection: close Header line: Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 Header line: returnStatus = 1 not found As you can see, the directory names lack blanks. In reality, is should look like this: http://192.168.168.229/qmh/Normkapitel 4 - Qualittsmanagementsystem/4.1 Allgemeine Anforderungen/4.1 Allgemeine Anforderungen.pdf Where do the blanks go and why? Any pointers?
