Sorry but the problem has been caused by me. I am currently trying to fix all the problems due to moving to the latest autotools syntax and making the configure scripts easier to maintain.
I updated the CVS code already in order to prevent users (not developers) from needing autotools - which should be the normal case.
This feature has been fixed, as well as the __mktime_internal problem (I just moved back to the previous code).
AFAIK there are some problems with the lstat function that I encountered on the compile farm with Solaris (the same Sylvie has).
It should be similar to the mktime one and I hope tomorrow I can fix it. Unfortunately the compile farm provided by sourceforge is extremely *slow* and it takes me almost half an hour to configure and compile the sources.
