Hi,

I have noticed that there is a problem updating the index on our Website, which uses HTDig.

Our domain is: http://www.hotrodnostalgia.com/

Our hosting provider is Verio who provides HTDig as a feature in the hosting plan. We formerly used the Excite search which they originally licensed, and it worked very reliably for us.

We were told of the change to HTDig last year, and managed to get it looking and functioning well with some help from the Verio support team, but it has been quite a while now.

For some reason now, indexing the Site seems to only produce results from the index page of the Site, not from any of the files in the subdirectories, and Verio Support's only reply said that I should look at your FAQ page, and that is all the help they seem to be willing to provide.

Is there an easy explanation of where I need to go to correct this problem? I can't tell which of the FAQs apply to this issue. We made the change to HTDig quite some time ago, so I have completely forgotten how to work with the application to correct this issue. I am not a programmer per se, but can figure some things out if given a decent clue.

Thanks for checking this out,
