Thanks Jim! Actually the document root is htdocs which is inside www. It
may be some kind of security thing going on. It's probably a bad idea
allowing the web server to go outside of the document root for content.
Anyway, with the information that you provided, I got it to work by
copying the htdig/images directories into the htdocs directory.
