Hi all

I am now trying to configure and compile htdig 3.1.6 on Solaris 10
(Generic_118833-03)

The configure program gives me the following error:

configure: error: To compile ht://Dig, you will need a C++ library. Try
installing libstdc++.

Why does it say this? I thought libstdc++ was part of gcc now. I have
/opt/sft/bin on my path.

I am running    ./configure  --with-PACKAGE

Where am I going wrong? I've spent the past few days trying to compile
htdig. God, I hate compiling code. Any help would greatly appreciated.

Sincerely

Bettina
