Are you sure that your other CGI programs are in the same directory as
htsearch? Do your other CGI programs have file name extension (e.g.
.cgi, .pl, etc.)? If so, it may be that you have a CGI handler setup for
files with certain extensions, but no general CGI support for the
directory containing htsearch.
