I'm very sorry but I fall in troubles with fixing ${var} in "include"
directive.
I suspect a bug in Bison's template (again! the first was in 1.25).
Prototype of yylex() function doesn't appear in generated .cc code and
C++ refused to compile call to function without prototype.
But I have 2 possible workaround and I'm going to finish it this week.
Really the problem in't too big but just now I'm havy loaded at work and
only time I can work on htdig is a few hours after work.
I hope I wount delay anything.
